Dear Sock Club,
Since it's hot, I'm going to encourage you to go where there's air conditioning and check out live theatre starring funny and sometimes hormonal women.
Have you ever drank from a bowling pin-shaped beer bottle? Well, I did last night and it's very cool. Xtreme Bowling was a blast! We played gals versus the guys then mixed it up for the second round before closing down the joint.
Tomorrow I'll see some of you at the tiki-themed LA Supper Club. The menu is a gastronomic feast so wear your finest muu muu!

Sock Club Out and About: "The Four Man Plan"

I believe at some point during my adventures in Hollywood, Cindy Lu and I had the same agent. Now I get to see her 15-year dating history on stage in her comedic one-woman show. There's Q & A on Fridays and cocktails always. If anyone wants to join me for a night of "romantic science" please let me know.
Runs through September 2

For those of you who like to see ten women on stage rather than just one, there's "Waiting for Love", thirteen stories about women and love by Evelyn Duboff, a nice Jewish girl from a kosher home in Montreal.
Runs August 3 through August 27
